i have a black car with alot of swirls in it. What is the best process to go about fully removing these swirls. I used some 3M Swirl Remover and got a lot of them but not all of them... Any Tips>?

Depends on what stage the swirls were created in. If they are large polishing pad style swirls I might try dropping down to a rougher grit compound and working back up. A finer grit may just not be enough to re-melt them back out. If they are any kind of sanding machine style tight curly cues you may have to go back and wet sand them back out first then go back to your compounding and polishing schedule. Swirl marks can be elusive especially on black.
