How long does it take you guys to colorsand a car???

Discuss anything after that final masking comes off.

ODG what is this Zymol glaze you speak of.. I know they make killer wax, but was unaware they make bodyshop professional line

I'm stilll trying different methods. But 1200 on a DA works just fine.
Then compound with wool pad, then compound again with black foam
pad (this step works well for me), then polish with black foam pad.

And letting the sanded surface sit for a day really seems to make it easier.

I spent 3 months (evenings and weekends) polishing my Grand National (Black) I'm sure I could have done it faster but I was really looking for a pefect finish. I think the biggest mistake is to try and rush, take your time it will be worth it in the end!! :D :D
