Shlammed question for you. When you put the motor in did you put it n from the top or the bottom? Reason I ask is because I am painting my bay this friday and I'm scared to death of scratching the paint when I the motor drop in. How did you do yours? I'll be dropping an lsv into my EG hatch.

i put mine in from the top. no scratches.

though i dont know how open your bay is. i know when i had a b16 in an EF civic it was a tight fit.

did some wetsanding yesterday on my hood... this is the worst part... my dry racing stripe down the middle of the hood that I had.

i used 1,200 grit paper only and the Norton Liquid Ice system.

yep. super basic engine setup.

Going to work on that a little, but for now its good.

need to get the suspension worked out (coils on order) and hook up my 23mm rear sway bar.

Bring in some honda fun ! ;) vtec just kicked in yo! anyway thats nice mileage I think.. or not, but it's a coupe , hope a hatchback gets better mileage off the track . no need to hassle ... bbz :knockout: I wonder how low can I keep the type r's fuel consumption ? are you going for coilovers? what setup are you on now , what tyres?
