Hey Darrel
Wow BNB that's a good idea. separating the heat and air that couldn't have been cheap!
I wanted to add just a duct or two to my garage that's attached to the house and since I installed a larger unit I thought it would be no big deal their telling me I need a separate system to do it.

Well I got the Tires on my Truck are done & the Tires on the Jeep are done looks tough! on the new 33s, Heck I even got new tires on my Skid loader and new rear tires on my Tractor! and a New battery for my Skid loader! I am good to go on Digging out the new Pad for my Rear Deck extension on my house planning a 30 x 70.
The prices on building materials is beyond insane!

Have to play with the Vet today before I have to go to work. see what the heck.

Dennis, we were lucky, our upstairs was just occasionally used for guests so we just have a few old space heaters up there and at one time had a wall air conditioner. So we got rid of all that and just installed this.... https://www.heatandcool.com/klimaire-di ... -115v.html That area was always well insutlated and the floor plan quite open as well. I've got several larger style of those units in my lower house level and in my shop as well. We would normally fire up my whole house low pressure water boiler this winter but we instead mostly used those units for my downstairs. Probably saved me $2000 or so on natural gas....

Got all the front stuff wired and together. I installed the aftermarket grill. One of the very, very few things that didn't fight me, aftermarket or not. Naturally it didn't come with the little filler piece you need to tie the grill trim together when you eliminate the pony piece that's usually up the middle. I ordered one, you would think it would come with the grill since you have to have it

I ordered the top a couple months ago but it was likely to take 3 or 4 months to arrive. I'm getting it done by a local upholstery shop, I don't need the extra aggravation of trying to do it myself. I still need to strip and paint the frame for it which will be a pain.

Happy to hear the wife's surgery went well. Just got to take it real easy while healing no matter how good it feels. Takes a quite a while for it to totally heal.
I guess they want to avoid surgery for you if they can but I don't know how they expect bone on bone to miraculously heal with an injection?
Speaking of injections I'm supposed to get one for my frozen shoulder but they want to do an ultrasound first. I've been waiting 14 months so far for that ultrasound. Welcome to Canadian healthcare, it's cheap because it barely exists

Got my work cut out for me caring for her plus trying to fix the cars.
Corvette AC system still giving me fits But I think I have it about figured out Multiple problems going on all at once just weird!

Driving the VW home last week from work b4 surgery :
It started shaking in the front end Pulled over, I had run over Part of a Blender that chops stuff up and it had impaled the right front So I changed the tire out for my spare and continued on home, Then about 15 mi from house I was doing 80ish and my left rear blows out!!!! That was exciting. It destroyed the rear bumper when it blew. I found and ordered new parts on ebay Now I am gonna have to paint it and order a new set of tires for it.

Been driving Her BMW Thats such a nice car to drive I am glad its holding up so far.
I am getting codes that it needs O2 sensors I am gonna have to deal with that soon.

You should buy a tire shop the way you go through tires. What are the odds of running over a blender chopper.

I have all of the front together. I removed the ebrake handle from below the trans tunnel, need to modify the brackets a bit and mount it on top. Hopefully that will take care of any issues with hitting the driveshaft. After that I guess it's installing the exhaust.
