Passenger door in freshly sprayed clear coat:
I plan to cut and buff this one later. The front fenders need cut and buffed as well but with the weather changing, I really want to get my hood painted as soon as possible.

Wet sanded with 1000 grit using a hard block.
Now removing the 1000 scratches using 1500 grit on a soft block. For this I use 3M Dry Guide Coat as it helps me see the scratches I missed: I will do the same when sanding with 2000 grit before getting the buffer out. 1968 Coronet R/T

Passenger door and fender cut and buffed.
This is just the initial pass with twisted wool on a rotary buffer with Meguiars M100. Will follow with Chemical Guys V36 and then Menzerna 3800. 1968 Coronet R/T
