hey heres a hood i painted today at school lemme know what u guys think.

used omni bc/cc, its some type of metallic silver

two coats of base

used so type of 3m gun lol i dont know which model clear layed down nice and flat :)

Looks like the clear layed out nice! But outdoor, high resolution pics
is the way to go. :)

will do first thing monday morning :) im probably going to have to cut and buff because i got some trash in the clear :x but its ok ill post hi res pictures up monday for sure..... and ill post pics of the 67 ford pick up we are working on too.... it should be ready for paint by monday, its going to be two tone forest green and pearl white ;)

not a bad idea to pay attention to what materials and equipment you are using. will help you make better decisions in the future after you have tried diff stuff :wink:

ok so i wet sanded and buffed the hood today didnt really have and orange peel it had two runs with i got out, im going to buff it some more tomorrow i forgot my digital camera today so ill take pics tomorrow

alright well heres a fender i painted today, i keep forgeting the digital cam, anyway sealer and bc went on perfect, then i had some runs in the cc, im going to have a fun time cutting them out lol..... heres a pic of it alfinished up on the part that wasnt messed up lol

well the 67 ford truck is going into the booth tomorrow ill make sure to take pics of it then :)..... i just blocked it today also was a pain lol the guys that sprayed 2k primer had alot of dry spray my arms still sore lol
