Well this is my first real paint job using the techniques that I learned on this site and would like to thank all of you who advised me, and while it doesnt match up too some of the work ive seen from others its good enough for me! Im pretty happy with it, HOK bc-25 with 1 tablespoon of dry silver pearl to 6 oz of paint then reduced, 3 coats of clear wet sanded then 3 more coats wetsand and polish

Nice job want too do my Harley?

But what is going on with the paint on the rear fender just above the reflection of the licence plate? looks like little bubles popped on the surface.
Is that solvent pop?

looks great!

I think that the small divots in the rear fender are the last bits of orange peel in the clear that were not quite sanded out.

Joe,

It looks good. BUT, with a little more polishing, that will look KILLLER.

Yeah needs a little more rubbing, from what I have read its a little better to wait for a good cure on the clear figure I would give it a couple of weeks as its been cold and foggy here, did take it to the beach this weekend for some 70's + riding :)
