Its amazing how much other junk has came through my shop since this one was started. If It was the only junker I worked on it would have been done long ago. At this point I just wanna see it done & gone so I can move on to the next one. Dennis B.

Hi Buckwheat No its not finished yet
My Previous employer kept me on the Road A lot the past 6-7 years and away from home. The Government Project I was working on came to an end I have accepted a New local job recently so my life should be getting back to a more normal pace which should allow me to get back on loose ends like this one. I will be getting back to this one very soon as I want it out of my shop! I have some pics of recent work but nothing spectacular she still sits on the Spit. Dennis B.

mine was this rusty maybe more. I found the metal repair the easiest part compared to the lengthy dusty endless body and paint work. incredibly worth the satisfaction when done. saving a car for the future folks the way I see it. good stuff. exactly right, I didnt want nor could afford a restored car. so the diy begins if its what you want and can control the money put into it. Hey Guys
No I haven't given up on the project. But life gets in the way you know? Many needed home repairs keep taking priority as does keeping the grocery geters running. My Jeep Commander Hemi engine rebuild project is also taking up most of my time currently, I hope to have it running this week then it will be off to a muffler shop for some special pipe bends and then off for a Dyno tune. The metal work on the Bird main body has been done for a while now, Still have some minor stuff to do on the fenders and front Bumper then Paint. The Project has been stalled for money to buy parts, which I have been buying for a long while now. but again Home repairs eat into that budget quickly, I have purchased some major components but their is still a lot to buy, such as the wire harnesses and AC components and some interior stuff. The plan was to get most all of it here in one pile and do a marathon build. Dennis B.
