Are you going to upgrade the suspension and drive train or keeping it original?

Suspension wise only changing the shocks out. Keeping it mostly original apart from a few things. Currently in the process of changing the drums to disk brakes.. But otherwise not much extra happening to it.

I have another 36hp engine that I can play around with if I want to do the "hotting up" thing with the motor.

That looks great. Are these pictures after wet sanding/buffing or is this straight from the gun? Base/clear or single stage?

I used single stage paint. The pictures were straight from the gun. There were patches that required wet sanding/buffing that have been done since these pictures The hood was my best result but what is not show there is I had 3 or 4 paint attempts on that before I was happy and it was rubbed back with 800 wet between each attempt. That was for a lot of the panels. Some of these I should of just buffed and not sure why I didn't.

Overall I still think my painting could get a lot better. Still getting some orange peel (but my new car has that) and I have rubbed through on some of my attempts of wet sanding/buffing which has also resulted in repaints. All I can say is the paint goes a long way with the Hvlp system.
