The front grille and housing had a few dents in them:
Disassembled:
Stripped the majority of the old paint and put two coats of epoxy primer on, then started working on the dents.
First pic is of the top side of the dent:
Second pic is the bottom side:
After some hammer and dolly work and a little filler:
The Grille insert was a bit of a challenge. The first pic shows the left side with a straight edge on it:
This was the right side in the same area:
You can see by the build primer that I didn't catch that bend when fixing the dents and dings.
Took some doing but got it straightened. Sprayed three coats of base tonight, will spray the clear tomorrow.
