Does this mean what I think it does?

Yep it does. Loaded up and headed for the paint booth next week some time.

Wish me luck.

It's been a hard couple of days of prep work but it's in the booth, taped up and wiped down, ready for paint. Bryan says Monday because we're supposed to see lower temperatures and drier air then. Let me tell you it was miserable in that paint booth today. The thermometer said 95 and the humidity is about 99% around here right now. Photos below:

And a special shout out to Chris here autobody101 who went above and beyond to get a quart of the slow hardener for the 2104 clear coat to me this weekend so it would be on hand for Monday. Thanks Chris!

Kinda forgot to update this thread much. Heres where we stand.

I finished buffing out the rest of the car this morning. Then I gave it a hand bath to see where I am in this process. Mostly it looks good. I've got a few places that need a touch more sanding and buffed again. Overall, I'm very pleased. Not bad for a guy in a 2 car garage.

I guess we will call it a wrap on the paint job. I still have a few hundred little details to fix but she made her first voyage out of the garage this morning. Some fresh gas went a long way towards settling the rough engine down. Being idle for 3 years is hard on an old car. Not the best beauty shots but you'll get the idea. Now I have to clean it really well and touch up a few nicks. I'm still debating on the hood bird. It might have to go back on the car to match the blue of the shaker call outs

Can you get the bird done in blue?
I would still vote for it either way.
Nice looking car. Your hard work paid off.

The wheels are the 17 inch Rally II wheels from Year One. I have the hood bird decal but I've been debating putting the old screaming chicken back on. It looks a little naked without it though.
