Still on it. blocking out, setting gaps, undercoating stuff, wiring in the remote rear doors, etc. Lots of work, no cause for pictures, though! Maybe ready for paint in a week or so.

Removed some interior trim pieces and shot them the body color, to brighten up the interior and make it match with the exterior. Did the armrest window switch plates, and door panel trim as well. Getting close to paint!

No, not fast at all. I do this as a serious hobby, in addition to a full time job. Plus I have a couple old cars in the works, plus a 47 Chevy for myself! This one's been almost 2 years in the making, just posting it as I get time to download, and correct my pictures. Still at the point where it's almost ready for paint. Just shot the underside of the trunk lid, and hinges and channels, so now it's off to blocking the body AGAIN!

Well that makes me feel better.
I have been working on the 55 Chevy Truck for a long time. Hope to shoot the paint this week but keep finding "one more thing" that needs fixing. LOL Still you have great fabrication talent and an eye for detail. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. 1968 Coronet R/T

Whew! Long night in the shop, then back to the 9 to 5 in the morning! Every step of the way I found more, minor imperfections to correct. Thought I'd be shooting it Saturday, progressed into Sunday, then finally was happy with it to put the clear on Monday night.
Did get a few runs in it, like I usually do, the DuPont Premium clear is quite thin. Nothing that can't be buffed out, though.

Getting close! First time outside to get washed. Still have to make brackets and stuff for rear view camera, a crazy looking back up light, and a few more things. Then wire them all in. More polishing and detailing, too!
