Best of all it will be very very hard to tell it was ever done infact most will never be able to tell it was ever done.

I was wondering how you were doing in your area with all the rain we have had.
A lot of Death valley roads are still closed.

By the way didn't you buy a lifetime membership to Front sight that shooting range / Training thing out here? You might wanna check on that? My Tenant in my rental is an Instructor out their, It appears they are having some financial difficulty's.

Thanks.

We are getting some decent rain but at my house nothing devastating. The wash near us now has water flowing in it and if we do get any prolonged heavy rain, that will shut down a few roads.

Dr. Piazza made a real blunder earlier this year due to a construction financier backing out on him. Apparently the guy had given himself the ability to walk away at any time in the fine print of the contract and Piazza's lawyers missed it. This put Piazza in financial bind and he tried to restructure his course pricing.

People like myself, who have been members for a number of years, were going to lose out on our accrued assets. This put a huge number of people on edge and Piazza got bombarded with requests for an explanation and how he could justify going back on his promises?

In my back and forth with him, he assured me that "everything was going back to the way it was"!

I am thinking of going there in October for a class, so we will see then what's really going on.

Ok well you know about it then I just found out recently myself. My Tenants hours their have been reduced but generally they do any ways this time of year.
the info they are telling the employees isn't much different.

Things just changed. I got an email from Piazza stating they are in Chapter 11 reorganization and he is basically changing everything. Wanted a Yes or No answer as to whether I would agree to the changes.

Decided not to answer at all, since if I did answer that could possibly release him from any liability to me as a paid member.

Thanks.
Moving on to drilling all the spot welds out of the floor pan. This will be a big job by the looks of it. I have to transfer all the seat belt nuts, console brackets and drill holes for linkage, etc.

Now if I only had a nice lift like yours or a rotisserie things might be a little easier on this old body on mine. LOL

Started drilling out the spot welds on the passenger side of the floor pan.
The area under the heater box was so rusted I couldn't find some of the spot welds, so I used the air chisel to rip some slits into the metal so I could work along the floor support rails, removing the welds as I came to them.

Passenger's side is all loose now and ready to come out. Tomorrow I will start working on the driver's side.

I am going through Blair cutting bits like crazy, even keeping the RPMs down to recommended levels. Decided to order the Hougen kit today, that Chopholds recommended.

Thanks. I did order some with the Hougen cutter bits.
I hadn't been using it, so that may be why the bits are getting dull so quickly.
