Rain in the forecast so decided to get this in epoxy.
I will need a rotisserie to get the underside properly but have never wanted to part with the money to buy one until now. I turn 64 in May and the body just doesn't take to laying and kneeling on concrete like it used to. LOL First coat and still wet: Yes I see the spots I missed. 1968 Coronet R/T

Sorry for delay didn't see your reply. Its Hard to tell if that is Brass Brazed or if it is indeed Silicon Bronze? Hard to know what some one else uses? But Yes Silicon Bronze does Have a Golden appearance like that. That looks like a Mess, like some one tried to use it as a Filler material? The Stuff does Flow out a little but not real excessive at least not with the Tig, I don't know how it does with G/E yet. I Butt welded a Few Coupons together with the stuff and Beat on em and Folded them Over and over at right angles and couldn't get the beads I made to crack or break I was impressed. I was Tig brazing though Not Gas welding/Brazing. I want to play with the stuff with my Oxy/E set up and some Flux and see how that works. No Flux needed with the Tig. Stuff can be put into a Mig welder as well But that requires some finesse and Practice from what I have read on internet about Mig welding with it. What do you know or have heard about Ghosting through the paint with the stuff? Dennis B.

Uggh! There are so many it's hard to know. Here are a couple: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Weaver-W-Rotis ... Swkitb02dU https://www.ebay.com/itm/Redline-ROT300 ... Swk1hcyNPj There is a used one on Craigslist but the guy wants $1200 for it. Also a guy in Phoenix was selling new ones similar to the Redline for around $800 but I have to go and get it for that price. 1968 Coronet R/T

I like the Red line with that Hand crank to turn the car over that's cool.
I looked at that one but was concerned with Hand crank stripping the gear if the load was imbalanced a search on the internet came up with a few hits including there own video and a review on YouTube. I went with the Titan one for Price 2nd availability in my area (No Shipping charges to store) and 3rd the fact it was rated to hold 4500 lbs and I liked the No cost to add the additional out riggers for support. I added all the available attachments to my order as well so I would have all the bells and whistles for other cars. Still ended up making my own though not hard to do. Dennis B.

A friend of mine has the Weaver and the thing I liked about it was the hand crank. I have an Auto Twirler and the thing I like better about it, versus the Weaver and the Red Line, is it's a lot heavier duty. The thickness of the square tubing is about twice as thick and it weighs a couple hundred pounds more to give you an idea of how much thicker the material is. Also, when I was shopping, I called a dealer in Mississippi that sells the Redline and the Auto Triwler and he's the one that told me about the quality difference and the thickness of the material between them. As far as getting the best price delivered to your home, if you find a unit that Summit Racing sells, they will match any competitors advertised price and they charge a flat rate of $125 shipping. The Weaver or Red Line will get the job done but the Auto Twirler is a lot more durable units.

Thanks Lenny.
I had looked at the auto twirler before when browsing. 1968 Coronet R/T
