'59 Harley Pan Head Fenders

A quickie project for a man who attends our church.

The front fender was a reproduction and rear an original.

DA'd the front fender with 80 grit.
The rear needed a trip through the blast cabinet.

Here's the finished product as sprayed with no cut or buff:

Here's the kicker. Look at the dates on the Clear and Activator. They were in my cabinet for 7 years. :shocked:

The only thing I noticed was a very slight yellowish tint. Was fine for these black fenders though.

Excellent, but you may have to paint the rest of the bike when he sees the fenders. :clap:

Its all in how its stored, don't let freeze and use it up as soon as possible after opening.
I too have some stuff that's been sitting around a while. its always hit or miss with the Activator's though.
