Ok, wow!
Now if you could answer a rookie's questions; a) How long did that take you? b) How much materials? c) Did you shoot it outside in AZ with all that AZ rust colored dirt/dust flying around? d) How do you paint something like that? In sections, ladders, standing on a friend's shoulders or...? Looks awesome. Sent by the random thoughts from the voices in my head...

Painted the cab outside: Hood and doors in the garage: Had to drill out rivets holding the wings and brackets onto the cab. Filled the holes with carriage bolts. This was a work truck so didn't spend any real time fixing small dings and no cut and buff. The extra hours were dismantling the entire cab and interior. Repairing overhead console, installing new stereo with Sirius XM, removing passenger console and repair door retainer, replacing the old exhaust with new chrome stack, replacing old front fenders, installing new chrome taillights, bumper, power mirrors, chrome sun visor, LED clearance lights, LED rear utility lights, etc. etc. 1968 Coronet R/T

Very very impressive!
That doesn't seem like that much in materials for something of that size. Sent by the random thoughts from the voices in my head...

Thanks guys.
2 Gallons of MotobaseLV base in Dodge Destroyer Grey at $375 a gallon. 1 Gallon of ** Epoxy primer in white, mixed with some Black to get the grey. 2 Gallons of Euro clear, etc. I keep a laptop in the garage with a Time and Materials break down. Only charge labor when I am actually working on the vehicle and enter the materials, supplies as I use them so as not to forget. This information is transferred to another spreadsheet that is titled Total Costs where one page deals with parts, one with labor and another that records invoices and payments. 1968 Coronet R/T
