Sprayed weld through primer on patches where they will be welded. Then Panel Bonded patches into place. Also sealed up inner wheel well with Panel Bond where repairs were made:

Butt welding done. Fiberglass filler over weld seam with some regular filler on top to smooth it out:

A rust hole in the floor was discovered. It was covered in bondo and turned out to be bigger hole then anticipated:

I fabbed this up so that the trunk mounted battery positive cable could make a gentle transition from inside the car to underside of car. The cable comes out by rear seat and then is clamped to frame rail where it is routed to front of the car. I will seal around the welded area with panel bond prior to paint:

Two areas in trunk gutter had to be cut out and metal butt welded in. Another area I was able to weld rust hole closed. Trunk floor, lower rear, and underside getting prepped for epoxy primer. At this point all rust has been repaired on the rear of the car. Other then hood rest of the car is rust free:

Masked car, wiped all surfaces down with surface prep, and shot one coat of Epoxy Primer inside trunk, trunk gutter, inner wheel wells, and under side surfaces:

Now that weather is warming up again I started off the season blocking both 1/4 panels with 180 to level them out some.
