Power moon roof rebuild/repair. Been on my list of things to do for a while now. My son tells me it never worked since he owned the car always jammed up got stuck ect ect. The grease in the tracks was gummed up kind of like sticky bubble gum like roof tar and difficult to clean. Also had two broken parts and one worn part that did not function. Had an extra moon roof in storage from my daughters Civic and luckily the parts we needed were good on that one. So was able to use two moon roofs to make one good one.

After assembly bench tested it with a car battery. Buzzes open and closed like a new car now!

My son brought over all the new front suspension and steering parts he was storing at his house. The car is now back on 4 tires again!

My son fabbed up all new brake lines, installed power brake booster, and master cylinder. Master cylinder is spec'ed for a '95 Acura Integra non-ABS car so that we could use two 10mm brake line fittings. All new emergency brake system is now installed and functional. Conversion to 4 wheel disc brake setup complete. Pushed car down a hill and it can lock all 4 wheels up. So car can now steer and stop at this point.

Son was sick with COVID for three weeks but now back on the project. Lexan quarter windows arrived from Europe and we had local glass company bond them in. My son decided to pull entire dash and HVAC in order to work on custom wiring. Can do a superior wiring job with dash out of the way. Traced out reverse lights to trans wiring since that was a loose end when engine swap was done previously.

We think we are still on track to have it running moving under own power some time in March.

Completed all electrical tests after complete under dash rewiring, wire tucks behind front inner fenders, a lot of fooling around, checking this and that, correcting some things, it all checked outs horn, lights, turn signals, AC compressor feed, condenser fan, radiator fan, power windows, ECU harness pins ect ect ect.

Will be moving onto fuel system then after that put engine/trans back in.
