I've been crusing the forum for a few weeks, and am finding a wealth of information here. Below is a photo of my car that a friend and I restored. He was the bodyman, I was your basic "sanding ****". Unfortunately, my friend took his own life before the project was complete. I have purchased the car from his wife, and am finishing, as he wanted it done. You can see the restoration at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/564263.
I have a 68 Hurst Olds to do next, looks like I'll be doing it by myself, but it looks like I've found a place to get help when needed.
Thanks,
Jim

I had similar circumstances a few years back with my best friend. I wound up with "our" car and I'm slowly getting it back in shape. Best of luck to you.
