Apparently you can put pictures into it now. I have never tried it but noticed the "insert picture" option is there.
Personally, I like keeping the statistical data separate from the photos.

I don't recall seeing that option, I'll have a look when I get back home. Which of the header options is it under?
It also may only be available in the newest version, I own mine so whatever version it is, is what it will be forever or until I decide to buy the latest which is unlikely. Rob

I found it online, looks easy, just need to see if my version has it, if not I guess I'll upgrade.
This could be a real game changer for an absent minded disorganized knucklehead like me. Thanks for steering us in the right direction. Rob

I took some photos of the Spreadsheet Layout I use.
The first is the Time and Materials sheet that I keep on my laptop. Once filled in for the month I save it to my desktop computer with the current date in the title. I have a sub-folder titled Invoices. You can then delete all the information on the sheet located on your laptop and start a new month. Notice at the bottom, you can have multiple pages in the same file. For those interested you can actually gather data from any of the file pages and use it in calculations. The next one is my Parts and Materials purchased sheet. Here is the sheet where I track the Account Balance: In this case the Balance Due is actually an overage that I will give credit for on the next invoice. I also have spreadsheets for Material Costs. On this one I break down the cost of the materials used so as to bill for only what I used. Things like Lacquer thinner calculated by price per ounce, same with clear coat, W&G remover, etc. I break down sandpaper based on per disc or per inch. Have pricing for sheet metal based on thickness and square inches used. 1968 Coronet R/T

You can also link data from one sheet to another. So you can have individual sheets with a lot of detail and have it roll up to a summary sheet which is pretty handy.

Well now that I'm home I checked it out and it works brilliantly! The insert pic feature was added right around when I retired.
You can't go wrong Dennis, there's lots of amazing and potentially intimidating features but using those is optional. If you just want to document with pictures it's literally as easy as posting here on this great forum. The only thing I can think of is your text doesn't automatically wrap so you need to manually drop down when you run out of room. It does have a wrap text feature but you have to set it each time. I can't wait to get on this! Rob

You can also pull data from multiple tabs and sums onto a common sheet/tab to create a summary

I am out of town on a business trip again, but will play around with it when I get home.

I think you will like it. You create as many tabs as you want so you can break the project down to as much detail as you want. Makes it a lot easier to find the pic you want later on. I've always taken a ton of pictures but then I have to scroll through endlessly trying to find what I'm looking for.
I can't wait to start the next project and having decent documentation Rob
