I used a really short hard block on the ford with all those compound curves.

Sorry to hear about your Back sounds brutal, Have you seen a Doctor about it yet?
Wife got approval for 2nd surgery that installs new hardware BUT Not the first surgery that removes the old hardware. Insurance company's are so screwed up here and its getting worse and they want socialized medicine in this country like you have in Canada.

I have a lot of friends that are now going to Mexico for all their Dental and medical needs now as its cheaper.

You cant even get Pain ills here now They gave wife few to take home after surgery and then None after that then to see are own doctor after took three weeks to see our doctor who wasn't much more help.

All because of the new BS Opioid laws People in real pain cant get pain meds even after surgery **** crazy **** totaly out of control Government over reach.

I have an emergency appointment with my doctor in 2 weeks to get another referral to the pain clinic for a shot. They usually work but not necessarily for very long. It'll be a few months before I get in. It's not that our health care is bad in itself, it's that the demand far exceeds the supply. Two weeks for an emergency appointment? Going to keep doing the shockwave and hope it helps like it did last time.
Hope your wife gets in soon and all works out well.

All these Politicians think they can bring down medicare costs by regulations and new laws controlling providers and controlling prices when its a fairy tale! More regulation rules and laws just creates more bureaucracy bloating an already top heavy bloated system.

The only way to bring down costs is by free market fighting for customers!
They need to build more medical schools to train more doctors and flood the market with them THEN Doctors salaries will come down by competition! not by Regulation!

Thats why the Democrats USA lets in so many illegals crossing the border they are Labores for the most part Construction guys mechanics plumbers home cleaners and so many without carriers.
They all disrupt the system working for less, bringing down labor prices.

If every State in America Built 1 New University dedicated to Medical training of Doctors and nurses costs would come down dramatically in less than 10 years and continue to decline for decades till medical was affordable to all.
The current system Kids have to fight for seats and Pay literately over a Million dollars for a Doctorate in the medical field its crazy!

Medical insurance companies are a Major part of the problem that have caused to problems seen today as have sue happy Lawyers.

That's got to be frustrating.

All the bugs in the Stang have been worked out. Just need to schedule a time to take it in for the top and then a wheel alignment. Once the top is on need to adjust windows and finish the interior.

In the meantime very slowly picking away at the TR. Weather permitting my son is coming up next weekend, bringing some sq tube steel to build a body cart and an alignment hoist he doesn't need. It will be nice to have a hoist!

Thanks, I am excited and relieved to finally get to this point. It was really fighting me as it started to get close. It was a ridiculously long build which didn't help, parts went missing and had a tough time remembering how things went together. I have to stay more focused on the next builds.

Drove the Stang for the first time yesterday. I'm sure anyone that saw me must have thought I was nuts, mid 30's with no top on the car. Considering it still needs a wheel alignment it drove quite nicely. Smooth power and really nice steering, the new close ratio borgeson box is great.

Another bonus, my son brought me an alignment hoist he wasn't using. That is going to make a lot of things so much easier. Getting really tired of jack stands. I need to clean it up and replace some of the old air lines.
