this is the impala we restored at school in the last 2 months we were 3 working on the car, its now done but not re-assembled the owner is getting it airbagged, yes its gonna be a lowrider, he spent 45k $ on chrome.... hope you like
    yes 2 runs but whatever it has to be sanded anyways  my friend steven one of the guys on this project  me looking thrilled to be in a picture      i didnt have time to upload the rest of the pictures i still have to post some of the fresh paint comming soon leave me some feedback products used evercoat z-grip basf diamont ep587 i think thats the # epoxy primer and blood sweat and swearing R&R front bumper cover- 1.5
R&R lwr grille- incl R&R fog lamps- incl R&R upper grille- incl replace retainer- incl WTF!!!!!!! everything is INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!! |

Oh thank God, I was starting to think that the exterior was the final color and that it was painted like that. Then I got down to the frame and jamb painted pics and realized it's not. I was relieved to say the least, as my first thought was he was gonna be super pissed to spend 45K on chrome and then have a krylon paintjob lol.
Anyway, the finished stuff looks great. Like the color. Im interested to see the whole thing sprayed and put back together now

That looks way too shiny to be a primer -- can you clear up what the top color w/ the runs is? Is that the final paint or is the blue going over it?

yup thats the epoxy we laid on 3 good coats and a few runs, i tried to post more pics of the final job but i cant find the cd with the pictures someone moved it and no one knows were it is so ill try my best to find it.
