Thinking ahead on my project I’m going to have to paint these.

First question is the front part of them is littered with rock chips and dings. I haven’t looked closely yet assuming the plastic it self is damaged by the depth of these dings.

Is there a specific filler for plastic or can one use the kitty hair bondo or regular bondo to fill?

Ok so reading tells me these are ABS ,havent done a float test yet but I will.
Seams straight forward, sand 180-240 spray adhesion promoter sand again?
Looks like my upol primer is right for plastic, sand paint and clear.
hopefully I can sand out the chips.

This stuff works great on any rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible plastic..... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GQ1X1MQ?ps ... ct_details Body Icing is tough, super flexible and can be sanded and shaped with much higher grit sandpapers than regular bondo. We have been using it in wood, plastic and metal restoration for 31 years now....
