Shooting 1k urethane base on a piece of plastic when a drop of paint got on one spot. I dabbed it with a tack cloth and got the excess off but now im stuck with this spot.

What would be the best way to get that spot out before i put clear over the base?

Let it harden then sand back with P800, making sure that don't rub through. Grey Scotchbrite over the rest of the bar then clean, tack, blow and respray 1 medium coat over the whole thing. Clear as necessary.
