Hi,

I am new to this forum, my name is Sam Smith and I am teaching an auto body class this coming fall in Charleston, Sc area. I have acquired a 1977 Corvette that we will paint as a class this coming school year, I was wondering if anyone had any cool paint ideas to suggest. I have researched some cool flame ideas, but I wanted to bounce some other ideas around.

Thank you

So are you guys thinking classic style laid out flames or something more like true fire pattern flames? While I like the true fire style flames on more modern builds I still like classic patterns on the older cars and trucks. One thing I like to do with a true fire is adding some bling by using a holographic metalflake in the flame tip to emulate a little flinging of hot metal. And of course, ghost flames are very "in" now.
