Hi, I'm trying my hand at gold leaf. This is my first test piece. The leaf adhered just fine, but the hand turning obviously takes more skill than I thought. I tried different hand pressure (turning with the special cloth provided in the kit), but the only way I could get any kind of turning pattern was to apply enough pressure that I'm cutting right down to the red powder coat below. Does anyone have any advice?
