okay so here is a question for yall.
im still in the starter stage to alot of you out there.
and ive been doing practice panels out of like 22 guage sheet metal.
using airbrush or my mini gun etc
what has worked best for some of yall laying your panels flat on some sort of stand or cple of boards? or having them upright is there really a best way to do it?
silly noob question here

I try to do upright only because it stays cleaner that way, less dust to settle
in the paint. It probably isn't a concern doing air brush work or small quicker projects. JC.

Really kind of depends on what I am doing.... art work I definitely prefer up or at least like it would be on an easel. If it is just plain hoods, fenders, etc. I kind of like them in the orientation they would be on the car. You do have to kind "watch" your orientation when working with something like a chameleon pearl, mini flakes, etc. Even the type of flake (hex or square) is influenced by orientation.
