Interesting I've discovered the following

Valspar corporation (Debeer, house of Kolor, LIC) owns Wattyl/Spartan - from 2010

PPG owns Protec - from 2006, apparently PPG sorted out their quality control/delamination issues

RPM group (rustoleum) owns hichem/motospray - this is the cheapest, but man I've heard a lot of people say its rubbish

I guess with that in mind I can't go too far wrong with any of them, although out of these 3 cheapies

the Valspar seems to have the most backing by distributors and DIYers across the forums... I am definitely feeling a bit more calm about using a cheap system after reading a lot of positive reviews
