I appreciate you getting back to me. I may actually do that. In the mean time I've acquired an Iwata LPH-400 which should get me over the hump. I'd like to hang onto the 2000 RP, so I think the next step is having me send it in, like you suggested.

the Iwata is a nice gun too, i may be dumping some SATA 4000 digital here soon if youre interested. i own 14 or so and may swap everything to a 5000

I know this is old but curious if you ever figured it out. Have a Sata 5000 doing the exact same thing. New seals and still leaks air without trigger being pulled
