Hey all,

Been searching and searching but am SOL when it comes to finding replacement parts for the Devilbiss Plus. I’m looking for a “rebuild kit” like seals, washers, gaskets and a new baffle assembly. Anyone know where I can find something like this?

First get a copy of your service manual which will have a diagram and parts list for your spray gun.

Scroll down to page #4 and find the part number you need. For example the packing nut assembly is part number JGA-4035-K5, its a 5 piece kit. Then do a search on google for that part number. Google will show a bunch of stores selling your parts needed. For example that packing assembly is available on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Summit Racing, ToolTopia, National Tool Warehouse, and you name it.

Lenny is a 100% correct getting parts for a DeVilbiss is easy.
You will have to order them But you can get them.
I keep a little plastic box with extras in it all labeled with the part numbers so I can order before I am out completely and cant spray.
