DeVilbiss "PLUS" For Sale

Greetings all,

Hope this is the correct forum to post this, if not, please move to the correct one.

Anyway, I need to thin out my lot of guns since I'm not painting as much as I used to.

What I have here is a PLUS in near new condition save for the normal wear marks from use. It comes with an aluminum cup and I'll leave the swivel fitting on it if the buyer wants it. I know what these retail for currently so let's say $300 takes it for a quick sale. Gauge goes with it.

Is it overpriced???

I'll take a reasonable offer.

Hey Carlos,

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but I have seen that gun somewhere brand new for about $70 more. And for $70 more for an online purchase not being able to pick up or test the gun myself I wouldn't risk it.

I guess the price is how much you want to get rid of it. I sold a set of Devilbiss Starting Line guns for half of what I bought them and had only used one of the two guns once.

BTW, you should also post what size tip it is.

Good luck.

My thoughts exactly, that's why I posted that I would take reasonable offer. I'm not gonna give it away though. I paid full price for it and selling it for half, being that it's still a sought after gun, doesn't make sense to me. I'm just trying to help someone save a little money, not get the deal of a lifetime. Lol.

1.4 tip BTW.

If you get one for less than $ 300 consider yourself lucky.
The 670 Plus is a great gun it lays clear down like Glass!

Not saying that it wasn't a good gun. But he asked if he was asking too much for it.

If it is a GFG-670, then it can be had (with free shipping) for $300 brand new and it's on Amazon for $320. If that is the same gun, then why would someone take a chance on a used gun for the same amount.

If it is a different gun, then that needs to be clarified.

I'm not certain. I only used it for clear. I do have a TEKNA Copper I'd like to sell also. It's my go to gun for base and it does a great job at that.

I have used my Plus for Black Single stage and even with a Very Dark Purple Base coat with heavy Pearl have no complaints! i have also sprayed a lot of Epoxy through it.
I have Multiple Fluid Tips for mine starting with a 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and a 1.5 and I believe I even have a 1.8 for it as well, I would have to look. Think I paid like $20 each for them.
You can also interchange the Air cap and fluid tips from a Devillbiss GTI makes it very Versatile.

The Tekna is also supposed to be a very good gun never used one myself though.
