If you have access to it, use the spray foam insulation for the wall cavities and roof rafters.
I started using it about 15 years ago and it is the only thing I will use for insulation now.
It really shines by not letting air infiltrate like most other insulation types.
It is a little more upfront but sure helps here in California where our utilities are sky high.
In concrete radiant is also one of the nicest forms of heat but if your slab is already poured, it isn't really much of an option unless you do some form of tile over the concrete.
