I picked up a new compressor yesterday off of Craigslist.
The guy wanted $800 for it, I traded him My Old Yamaha Blaster for it, all My Blaster did was sit in the garage any way it had been years since the kids had played with it.

The compressor has a Ingersoll-Rand 7100 air pump Basic specs:
Air Compressor Pump, Number of Stages 2, Splash Lubricated, 10, 15 HP, 37.0/50.0 Free Air CFM @ Max. Pressure, Max. Pressure 175 psi, Oil Capacity 2-1/2 qt., Number of Cylinders 2, NPT Outlet 1 In., Pump RPM 800, 1100, Rotation CCW, Groove Section B, Groove Quantity 2, Flywheel Included Y, Flywheel Dia. 18 In., Sheave Size @ 1725 RPM 8-23/64 In., 11-23/64 In., Bore Dia. 5-1/2 In., 3 In., Stroke Length 4 In.

The cheapest I have been able to find this pump online so far:

The Motor is way to small for the pump its a Dayton 5 hp single phase It needs a 10hp minimum in my opinion, but it does drive the pump to 150 psi in about 1.5 min from dead empty so it does work! It turns it nice and slow but doesn't waist any time building to 150 psi pressure and doesn't struggle when loaded at full pressure either, so I think it will work as is till I get a 10-15hp motor for it.
The Pump is a Monster weighing in at almost 500lbs and I am sure am loosing out on some CFM currently but after I get a decent 10 hp motor and step the speed up a bit I am sure to have one heck of a compressor.

The Tank is old, too small for my liking. It was an up right tank at one time and has been modified into Horizontal position. It looks like a 50 gal tank a little smaller than my 60 gal tanks but It was the Pump I was after.
The Pump looks relatively new compared to the Tank and the motor that's being used.
The plumbing on it is all new.
From what I gather the Guy who built it had purchased it to build the ultimate compressor for his shop but in the end he ended up just slapping it together on the old Tank and used the Small motor on it he had laying around then selling it for quick cash as he needed money to move. his loss my gain sorta thing.
I will get a Picture up soon.

Dennis.....wow, good score with that pump. Combo that up with a decent motor and tank size and that thing will be a beast. Now you went and did it.....I was thinking about buying a new large compressor by this coming fall.....might have to scrounge around and see what I can find.

I am tickled with it so far I have it all hooked up now in the shop. planning on selling my other two now.
I kinda exaggerated a bit on how fast it fills I actually timed it, took like 4 minutes to fill from empty. left it plugged in and hooked into shop my air leaks had it re-kicking about every two hours while working on Calvin's cars today. I didn't get a chance to really run it though its paces though was kinda busy with Calvins car after getting it all hooked up.

Turns out his VW TDI Diesel needs a new Cam
