I am looking for a gun for primer and to spray... Plasti Dip. I already have an Iwata LPH 400 silver cap and love it. I have been looking at the Devilbiss FLG4 and the Iwata W400 Bellaria. I can't seem to decide on which one. I am a hobbyist but a firm believer in "buy once, cry once". If you all have any suggestions, feel free to share them.

 Dang, I will use my Purple and Silver HF gun for the Plasti Dip. But for real painting how are the two guns I mentioned?

Get a Sagola 4600 with a Clear cap, use it for BC and CCs.

Chalk and cheese.

The FLG4 is a very average gun while the Iwata is top shelf, and you pay for it.

If we were to rank spray guns on a 0-10 scale, where the HF gun is 1 and the new DV1 is 9.5, with the Pro-Lite at 9.0, then I'd rank the W400 at a solid 8.0 with the FLG4 at 5.0. By comparison, an FLG5 would come in at 7.0-7.5. At half the price of the Iwata and around the same money as the FLG4, that's really attractive, especially if you're a Sunday painter.

To spray that Plasti-Dip junk you'll need some big tips and/or aircaps. And a fence.

As weekend warrior I just love my Iwata. I will stick with Iwata being that I'm used to them. Thanks for the info.
