I have an older AO Model 50099 Respirator that uses screw-in filters. Was wondering if these are a generic size and whether or not a filter canister is available for small painting jobs or airbrushing projects? Looks something like this:

I would think that they are still available. Just be sure your cartridges are certified to remove Isocyanates.

It should state somewhere the cartridge number, like R51A or something.

Yup... the old ones are "Chemical Cartridge R51A" also says "For organic vapors and MSHA and NIOSH certified. Thanks... wasn't 100% sure since the carts are older and I won't use stuff that looks sketchy LOL.
