First time painting and I got the spray at 3000K. It's supposedly a LVlP gun. Its going to be ran with the harbor freight 21 gallon compressor.
Anyway I need to practice so I get my fan spread, distance, psi ect correct without getting any runs. What do you guys think I should run PSI on this? Should the PSI be different for a primer, base, and clear. I'm going to be using a 1.5 tip to redo a bumper.
Paint primer and clear all say I could use 1.4 to 1.6 on the tech sheet.
What can I use to practice painting? Is it okay to set up some cardboard boxes and just practice on there? Can I use just a random paint I find in the shed? Should I use water what should I do to practice
Sprayit 3000. How do I practice
