Ok Time to order more paper but before I do I wanted some opinions on USC and Norton? are they any good? I am almost out of 180 and 320
This purchase would be for use on DA (Stick on Ya I'm Old school)

I like 3M Gold disks and swear by them but dang the price! might as well be gold for what they want for the stuff! and I know just Belly up and be done with it.
Is there anything out there just as good as 3M gold? with out breaking the bank?

Once you get to 400 and above it becomes much more important to have a quality sandpaper.

Hook n Loop is the way to go, I get real tired of wasting PSA discs that no longer stay stuck to my DA.

You might want to look at Mirka Gold, I think they're almost
as good as 3M gold but a lot cheaper.

We also settled on Mirka Gold. Been using on woods, metals, etc. for 25 years. If you want to try some on the "cheap" my supplier has some unbranded Mirka Gold on sale. We bought a bunch of this stuff....

I been using Indasa for years, When I first started I bough a very large order of the stuff to have on my shelves and I am still using the stuff to this day.
I am just not happy with its performance compared to 3M it dulls out very quickly and Honestly I don't have the Stick on problem at least not with the Indasa or 3M, I do have problems getting it off occasionally that slows me down a bit but I don't operate under time constraints so I am never worried about time.
To be honest I am only really needing 180 & 320, I don't even have any of it in Indasa left in those grits just some old 3M stuff I purchased locally in a Pinch.
Above 320 I don't even use a DA, I switch to Blocks and here again the Indasa dulls out fast I am getting low on 2 3/4 wide Rolls of 400 and 600.

Thanks, Darel I will make a small order and try the stuff out for sure, Those prices are to good to be true! and if it really does compare to 3M gold disks that would be totally awesome! and would make a large order in Bulk.

About every 2 to 3 years I "try" brands of sandpaper again. Mirka ends up being in the 80 to 90% range of the best papers you can buy. There is definitely better stuff out there but geez, what pricing! Mirka consistently sticks on the pad and doesn't load badly at all. We can also use rubber erasers to instantly clean it right on the machine.

Using the Adasa It dulls quickly and it was inexpensive and does stay on Pad while the 3M stays sharper longer was Looking for a Good Paper that stays sharp.
I am not totally against buying more Idasa either its cheap does a good job and i have been using it for years now so I feel I can give it my opinion its OK paper but its not 3M gold.

I realize the Mirka is inexpensive and I will try it but if I am using 4 times as much to do the same job as the 3M its not a real money saver in my opinion. Although at those prices even using 4 times as much is still a cost savings lol. I think those prices are even cheaper than what I paid for my Adasa years ago! Those are really good prices! I am gona make an order for it and try it. I will probably get enough for the next few projects.

I think you would like dealing with the Supergrit people. I have known the owner Arturo for many, many, years. He usually packs a few free sample sponges and such along with your order. There is a double sided 1/2 inch thick 220 grit sanding sponge we use for finish sanding with catalytic clears in our wood shop. We buy them by the case from him. He is usually about 25% less on those than most of my other suppliers.
