I like many others are guilty of shopping at Harbor fright for a few odd ball things ya I know the stuff is Junk! But I like cheap Die grinders and I buy the occasional other thing or two BUT this is unexpected!
How can you screw up a Jack stand?  https://www.nhtsa.gov/press-releases/co ... ack-stands I personally have some of the Jack stands that are on this recall. Nothing more scary than a Car falling on your head!  I am re posting this as I saw it on another web sight. Dennis Barnett
