Hey, what is up with Sata? Is everything they make or sell, top secret? AND expensive?
My Mini Jet is acting up, and after several cleanings, I decided I probably need a seal or gasket, to get it to work right. I've seen rebuild kits for the Mini for $199! Seriously? And even trying to find out how much a new one costs is difficult.
Iwata, Devilbiss, SHarpe, all show pricing on websites, but not Sata.
If I have to I'll get a new gun, probably Iwata, since they are more consumer friendly.
Opinions? Chris? I know you're the spray gun expert!

Hardly an expert, especially on SATA, but there's a kit listed here (not sure of your model) at what seems a reasonable price.

These guys are super helpful. If you can't find what you want just drop them an email.

Thanks for the offer, Dave. Not sure what's wrong, so I was considering just doing an entire rebuild. Probably just lost a gasket, or something, but the gun is 10 years old, or more, so might as well overhaul it.
