Interesting....well, they are sensitive machines when it comes to the clean thing. I mean we purge the crap out of ours each time and dissassemble every single part of anything that touches liquid. I still find it really hard to believe those things are made here....I'm thinking it is more like the American Made furniture which is "assembled here." I did consulting for a huge furniture manufacturing concern several years ago. I was helping establish quality control standards in one of their 100,000 square feet "factories." Place was at an airport...jumbo shipping jets were unloaded into one end, parts came in, furniture asssembled and a USA label was slapped on as the stuff went out the other end on to delivery trucks......hmmmmmm.....Yeah, that's a factory.......

Well I cant say more about Grayco customer service I was expecting a uphill battle and all I got was apology's and what to try and in the end no questioned asked return for a full refund if I liked!!!!!!! I chose to get another machine after all, after all I have a 3 year no question return replacement guaranty I purchased with the machine. I expected the worse when I purchased it and all I got was apologies.

Turned out that that little pressure setting valve was missing the little check valve! Home depot returned the machine in exchange no questioned asked! and gave me another new machine no arguments! I was expecting the worse and all I got was apologies!
I was a Little disappointed in the lack of a fight I guess ????? but no fight !
I cant say more about either company customer service !
I take back my displeasure with both company's !!!!!! My faith in American made is restored!!!!!!!

I am more than happy with Grayco and Home depot! And Bear Paint 10 Gal did the whole exterior! with about 2- 2.5 gal to spare! I had calculated as much with their specs and I am happy to admit they were spot on!!!!!
The Grayco machine and the Paint got at least 400 sq feet per gal if not more?
I am super happy about whole Paint project in the end.
I am still working the Trim part of it but the main part is done!

All that said I cleaned the machine per instructions and stored it with their special Fluid for long time storage lets see how it works when I dig it out next time I need to paint a house.....

The Wifey has many plans for me and the new machine :knockout: :flatten:
I can say this the machine gets it done quick!!!!! Mask it and spray it pull the masking your done!!!! Bad **** machine! very happy with the machine that works!

IN the end I cant say more about Grayco customer service! my second call to them was answered just as quickly as the first call less than 30 seconds!!!!!!!!
The person who answered was just as apologetic and polite as the first!!!!!
I was told to return the machine for a full refund OR Exchange my choice no questions asked! I chose the exchange As when I bought the machine It was a long term investment in myself a Tool I wanted to use many times for years to come and I think I got that Grayco has Outstanding customer service! I know when I pick up the phone Some one is gonna pick up on the other end and speak English! fluently!!!!!! You just don't get that any more!
No I am sold on Grayco products I take back the bad I said!!!!they have my apologies!
The Machine puts out a nice 10-12 inch fan couldn't ask for a better sprayer I am more than sold on the product that actually works.

In the end I am a Happy Grayco customer :goodjob: :goodjob:

I'm just glad you got it worked out..... Airless sprayers are a definite must for a lot of home maintenance. I just think they have a very definitive learning curve with "everything" having to be just right for proper spraying. Each time you use it you'll get it figured out a little better....
