The Dura-Blocks are made to fit standard size sanding paper sheets. The longer block is about the shortest that you'd want to get a surface flat. Cutting it down will compromise this, making the block only suitable for smaller areas.

Sure. Good for you and I where we can recover the consumables cost from the customer and use the whole length of the roll on multiple jobs. But a 27m roll costs $80 and individual sheets are much cheaper, so suit the amateur members here much better. Chris

thats why I like Velcro, a little more expensive but you get better paper and can swap it out for other grits back and forth if needed. That is another benefit for sticky and multiple blocks, keeping a dedicated block for each grit you dont waste PSA paper by swapping it out. Experienced Trained Certified
