Fast, easy and effective, not to mention about $1500 cheaper than the lowest priced commercial model available.

Thanks for the links! I'm not sure where to find a "cheap Schutz gun" though. The rest won't be too hard to find.

Any underbody sound deadener or cavity wax gun that is also suitable to attach directly to the tin for products like Raptor. Probably find one in a store like HF.

Kewl! I'll look into it. I can probably hunt around yard sales and flea markets for an inexpensive cart to convert, as well as a cheap sink.

That would work just fine.

Here's a couple of tips:
Don't stick your flexible hose directly into the drum of gunwash. The solvents will soften most flexible hoses. Instead, use a short length of 10mm copper water pipe and join your flexible hose to the top.

Set up your sink to drain into a funnel as in the video but connect that funnel to a larger (maybe 20mm or 25mm length of copper tube) that is longer than the drum is high. Drill a whole heap of holes near the bottom of that tube and stand it up inside the drum. Now your dirty waste will discharge near the bottom of the drum, not disturbing the cleaner solvent, from which the paint has settled out, near the top. Obviously, put you pickup tube less than half way down so you pick up cleaner solvent.

In the shop, doing, say, 3 spray jobs a day this setup lasted quite a few months, before I had to replace the solvent. I used recycled solvent which was pretty cheap at around $25 per 20 litre drum.
