I wanted to learn autobody/paint so I started working at a bodyshop as I need a fulltime job and my local community college only has classes from 8am-1pm. How long have you seen it take for someone to start at the bottom and move up?

 I really like seeing young kids trying to get ahead and have helped many kids in my area with car projects. here's the deal, don't worry about how long it s going to take just worry about getting there. you've got to have a positive attitude all the time be ambitious, don't come to work with a cig. in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other come to work to work, and come in early.
