I have a honda civic that has the typical "honda rust" in the rear quater panels. Nothing TOO bad right now, but I want to fix it. Anyways, I think that I am going to pick up a set of these, then have a body shop cut my old fenders and weld these in. This means they will have to spot weld them, then blend the two together, seal them on both sides.

Once they do this, then I think I can do the rest. How much would you guys expect a shop to charge to do this?
