Looks fine. When doing interior pieces, I try to get them as close as possible to the color, but settle for "close enough". When dealing with different fabrics, and/or textures, the same color on them looks slightly different anyway.
In a similar note, my brother bought a brand new 1882 (?) Camaro. White with red interior. The interior, IMHO, looked terrible, as it had at least 3 different colors of red. REALLY different! Darker red carpet, brighter red vinyl and almost orange dash, and molded pieces!!

When painting the vinyl pieces in my Signature car, I followed the paint manufacturer's suggestion:

RM DIAMONT BASECOAT

INTERIOR (no clear or flex agents needed)

Mixing Ratio Instructions 1 part Diamont basecoat
10% hardener (DH42 or DH46)
75% - 100% UR reducer

It worked great and I have used the same formula with other base coats brands as well.

Dash pads, sun visors, arm rests, vinyl trim panels, etc.
