I'm using Ford E9 (a tri-coat color) and purchased DuPont ChromaBase from eBay (from user southeast_paint), has anyone bought from him before? It was about $30 cheaper per quart, most places locally want around $117 so doing a tri-coat would save a good amount of money. There's just no way of telling if it was DuPont's cheaper line or something else, although the Basemaker comes sealed which I think is sealed from DuPont. I'm thinking of getting the high solids 72500S clear which I think would be sealed as well. Does anyone sell DuPont and know their cost price?
