Best way to fix this

Can I put 5310 down on this bare metal or do I need to epoxy again? I know it says it's a DTM. Just looking for experienced folks who know it works to confirm.

no issue at all using the 5310 as you stated; from first-hand personal experience :-)

It has paint and clear again. The temps got up to 65 today but the humidity was through the roof. I ended up with a lot of peel despite using the identical settings I've used with success in the past. Oh well, I know how to sand and buff.
