How to fix dirt/debris in paint

Got car painted by a friend and this is on front fender. Anyone have suggestions how i can fix it

The answer is 'it depends'. If the debris in the paint is near or at the top layer of clear coat and you have plenty of clear coat on there to work with, then carefully de-nibbing (i.e. sanding out, or using a special de-nib file) then buffing, would do it.

If the debris is at the base coat level and/or the clear coat is thin - meaning that by de-nibbing we would burn right through the clear - then it would require re-clearing the entire panel and maybe even re-basing that spot, then re-clearing.

I looked at the enlarged photo and I can't tell for sure which way it would go. I'd probably try de-nibbing it, first.
