Hey guys I'm new here..
I just had my car painted base coat clear coat.
I got the car home and noticed a area the painter missed with base coat. I was hopping the rear bumper would of hid the problem but it will not. I have to bring the car back to the painter after I assemble the car for a final buff/wax ( the car is somewhat wet sanded now) also the painter yold me if I notice any problems he can look after it then. My question is is this going to be just a matter of respraying the base over the area then blowing in the clear and wet sanding. Or will this be more of a ploblem?
Thanks for any advice.

Take it to him now before assembling. He will need to dull the clear coat and apply base over the spot and then re-clear the entire panel in order to fix it properly.

That's the deal. Much easier to fix now than after it's all together. |
