Is it possible to blend a fender into the hood/door if the fender has already been painted/clear coated?

probably not, I don't know why you would want to. your going to want to sand everything, fender, hood, door and anything else that will need coated. then match your color as close as you can and spray the fender blending to the hood and door then clear the complete panels.

taking a gamble here... im thinking you tried to just paint the fender and dont like the match ?

if that is the case sand hood fender and door with 800-1000 grit,

if it is a metallic best to use a clear base on sanded 800 so no sand scratches show.

then paint your fender blending as you need. just know blending does not work and could look horrible if your color is not close
